Instructor: Kids Connect Supervisor and Early Childhood Substitute Teacher Ruby Arnold '19 Designed for young children who thrive with routine and consistency, this all-day early childhood camp offers a nurturing environment with a predictable daily schedule. Campers spend the day with the same teacher, building strong relationships and a sense of security. Each day includes structured learning and play, outdoor time, lunch, and a restful nap/quiet time, supporting children’s developmental needs. While the daily rhythm stays consistent, each week features a new, engaging theme that inspires hands-on activities, stories, art, and imaginative play. This camp is ideal for children who benefit from structure while still enjoying the fun and wonder of summer camp. This week's theme: Campers explore how people travel by land, air, and rail. Through stories, crafts, movement games, and dramatic play, children will learn about cars, trains, and airplanes while building early STEM skills and imagination. The week includes a special transportation field trip and ends with a fun Transportation Celebration Day.
