Beginning Tumbling class will help students refine their basic skills, increase their flexibility and strength, and learn new skills. During this class participants will learn the base level to tumbling which include:-Forward roll-cartwheels-round off. The class will help show participants the proper body positioning, technique, terminology, flexibility, strength, and timing.
