Description
Walking is proven to be one of the best exercises to improve overall health and can be part of developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle! Join Pure Heart Diagnostics to walk a mile around the indoor track and then have encouraging conversations about ways to find joy and be resilient during stressful times through healthy eating and proper exercises. This event is free but participants are encouraged to register in advance in order to receive program updates or information about the day of the event.
