About This Activity
Description
This multi-sport program offers a strong blend of athletic and personal development. Participants engage in weekly practices, seasonal skill-building clinics, and mentorship sessions led by women coaches and community leaders. Beyond sport training, the program includes workshops focused on teamwork, confidence, leadership, and healthy lifestyle habits - supporting growth both on and off the field/court. This program is made possible through a grant from NRPA and Nike.
