About This Activity
Description
This multi-faceted class focuses on a combination of traditional martial arts philosophies with modern day self-defense strategies. Taught by a highly skilled instructor, experience Karate, Tae Kwon Do, and kickboxing with Olympic-style sparring. This class is also about gaining self-esteem, discipline, sportsmanship skills, and personal integrity.
Uniforms will be available for purchase from the instructor for $40.
