In this follow-up to Beginning Digital Photography, students will continue building on the skills they’ve already developed, while exploring new and exciting ways to express themselves through photography. With a strong focus on capturing compelling images, this class reinforces essential technical fundamentals like camera settings, metering, and white balance. As students deepen their understanding, they’ll take on more creative and thought-provoking assignments—using their cameras as tools to interpret and share the world around them in fresh and meaningful ways. Cameras will be provided for use during class.Instruction will take place in the classroom and outdoors. Students should be prepared for light walking in the park as part of the photography portion of the class.
