Attend 2 classes each week for a total of 16 sessions. This Early Morning Variety Pack builds strength, boost endurance, and improve cardiovascular fitness your way. This dynamic, trainer-led program rotates between strength, pool endurance, and cardio-focused workouts. Register 7 days prior to the first day of the session.
