About This Activity
Description
Teens ages 12-17 must complete an orientation prior to using the fitness center. A member of the fitness staff will set your Teen up for success at our gym! Teen VMCC members can use the fitness center once they complete an orientation with our staff. They will learn gym etiquette and proper form. VMCC members ages 12-14 will then receive & must wear a green wristband while using the fitness center. FREE (Item be discounted to $0 at checkout) For more information you may also call the fitness office at 651-554-3420. NOTE: Youth 11 and under are not allowed to use the equipment unless it is part of a specialty class.
