About This Activity
Description
Great introduction to the sport of horseback riding. Learn to groom, feed, saddle and control at a trot and rising trot. Skills are progressive. Camp offered in partnership with HHH Ranch. All safety equipment is provided. Snack and water are provided.
Pick Up/Drop Off: Parents/guardians must drop-off and pick-up participant Monday-Thursday in Cannon Falls (near the Cannon Valley Fair grounds).
Directions/Additional Information: Registered participants will receive directions and additional information one week before the start of camp.
What to Wear/Bring:
- Long pants and closed-toed shoes, such as boots with a heel or hiking shoes.
- No sandals or crocs, please
- Sunscreen and water bottle
- Optional: hat
Weather and Cancellation:
- Rain make-up date: Friday, June 12.
- NO refunds will be given due to additional weather issues.
