About This Activity
Description
Trainers will educate you on how to make better food choices, help you set weight loss goals, teach you to hold yourself accountable and lead you through a different type of low impact workout each week. Class will be 30 minutes of education and goal setting and 30 minutes of fitness. Past participants' have lost up to 40 lbs over a 6 month period. Registration deadline 7 days prior to start of class.
