About This Activity
Description
Trainers will educate you on how to make better food choices, help you set weight loss goals, teach you to hold yourself accountable and lead you through a different type of low-impact workout each week. Class will consist of education and goal setting plus fitness exercises. Registration deadline 7 days prior to start of class.
