Learn the Tai Chi for Arthritis Form. These moves include: Play the Lute, Parry and Punch, Ride the Tiger, Push the Mountain and Brush Knee. Tai Chi is a gentle flowing exercise that focuses on mindfulness and breathing. This class will increase balance, leg strength and coordination while imposing minimal impact on the joints. Options available for those who need to remain seated for part or all of the class. Register 7 days in advance.
