About This Activity
Description
A fun and functional workout. Focused on full body strength and stability, balance and flexibility. Members will use a variety of weights and strength bands. Exercises will be done from a chair, standing and some ground work, if able. Come enjoy a great body workout in a social atmosphere. Fee: $105 for 15 sessions ($7/class) or $8 drop in fee per class, 25% discount for participants in ICSC's low-income membership program, pay instructor.
