About This Activity
Description
A fun and functional workout. Focused on full-body strength and stability, balance, and flexibility. Members will use a variety of weights and strength bands. Exercises will be done from a chair, standing, and some ground work, if able. Come enjoy a great body workout in a social atmosphere.
Class Fee: $105 for 15 sessions ($7/class) or $8 drop-in fee per class; ($78.75with ICSC's low-income membership program), payable to the instructor. Instructor: Lindsey Reed
