This 2-hour party will allow the kids to go crazy in an indoor playground the first hour followed by a private party room (Wellness Room) for the last hour. Gym will be set up with climb on slides, tumbling mats, trikes, a bounce house and 8-ft hoop. Groups cannot exceed 16 kids.
Due to age policy, parties should enroll the child for this party.
Party Room:Wellness Room at the Mercer Park Aquatic Center
Group Size: Maximum of 16 participants
Party Times: Parties are 2-hours and will include 1 hour in the gym followed by 1 hour in the party room. Parties cannot exceed the 2-hour time.
Set up / Take Down: Groups will receive 15 minutes for set up and take down.
Gym Equipment Includes: Inflatable Caterpillar and Bounce House, Trikes, Slides, 8-ft Hoop and Roller-Coaster.
Reservations: Play Party reservations can be made up to three months in advance and at least 10 days prior.
Payment: Full payment for your package is required at time of reservation
Cancellation Policy Parties must cancel 10-days prior to date in order to get a full refund. If canceled within 10-days of your partyyou will receive a 50 percent refund.
Food/Drink: Users may bring in their own food if they wish. Participants will have access to a small, dorm size refrigerator.
Facility PoliciesParty participants must adhere to all Iowa City Parks and Recreation facility policies and procedures. Parties must provide an adult supervisor at least 18 years of age.
The Iowa City Parks and Recreation reserves the right to suspend and shut down any party for violation of rental polices with out refund.
