It's a fun way to burn calories, boost endurance, and feel the beat while you build strength. No dance experience needed—just bring your energy!
Please Dress for Active Play and wear gym shoes
*Please arrive at the programs on time. Programs are planned for the scheduled time; when people arrive late, they are missing parts of the programs and interrupting the activities for others attending. The staff do not have the capacity to catch people up and tardiness will lead to individuals having to begin where the activity is and will not be allowed extra time past the scheduled program time. Thank you for your understanding.
