About This Activity
In this two-week course, your child will step into the fun and exciting world of graphic novel draft and design! Using popular graphic novels as guides and apps that will help design exciting digital products, your child will learn the skills needed to create graphic novels. The class will include lessons on graphic novel design including frames, gutters, different shots, narration, speech bubbles, and transitions. Also, instruction on story elements, including plot, theme, and character development will be included. Students will leave the class with the tools and understanding to be a graphic novel author!
