TEAM TRAINING (minimum 6 players) Tstreet has been working hard to develop our own in-house Tstrength program and after receiving extensive positive feedback from athletes, coaches and recruiters we are excited to expand and open up the program. We are confident the program can offer: - higher jumps - harder attacks - improved speed, agility and quickness - improved lateral explosiveness as well as: - improved confidence and self-esteem - greater levels of trust between teammates - a fun, challenging, high-level team bonding experience Winter Training begins when practices resume in January through the end of March. Spring Training will begin in April and run through June.
