About This Activity

In this class we learn to use a variety of new woodworking tools, including the jointer, planer, table saw, and sanders. The project is made from plywood with pine edging. The internal support for the shelf is the magical crux of the project. In this 2-day class students will build one floating shelf.. We will discuss during class how to hang the shelf safely in your home. Students under 18 may attend with parental permission.
