Yoga is for kids, too! Wild Child Kids Yoga brings music, movement, and meditation into the lives of little yogis. Join Ms. Lindsay for a week of yoga, mindfulness, and creation. Our days will be filled with movement, finding calm within breath and balance within poses, and the creation of mindfulness tools. Mala beads and calming jars are a BIG favorite! With a perfect blend of active play, relaxation techniques, and artistic expression, this camp is designed to help children cultivate inner peace, boost self-esteem, and enhance their overall well-being in a fun and engaging environment.
