About This Activity
Welcome to East Pointe Sports Ministry's 2026 Spring Soccer League. This league is for kids ages 4-12. Practices are 1 night per week for 1 hour. Games will consist of 6 Saturday games. Game 1 will be on April 25 through May 30. The cost is $105 if you register before April 6. You may pay by credit card when you register or you can choose to pay by check directly to East Pointe Church. There is a family discount for each additional sibling that registers. Prior to the regular practice schedule, your child will participate in a league wide practice/evaluation on April 11. Come anytime between 9am-11am. Once your child starts the evaluation, you should be done in about 15 minutes.
You will be notified by Sunday, April 12th with your child's team practice day and time as well as your coach's name. Each child must have a 2026 medical and release of liability form on file before they can participate. You will receive a form attached to an email that you can have notarized before you come or we will have copies for you to fill out at the league practice/evaluations. We will have a free notary on site at the evaluations for your convenience. A form of ID and medical insurance information are needed to complete this form onsite. If your child participated in our 2026 winter basketball program, you will not need to fill out this form again. Please email any questions you may have to:
