About This Activity
Join us on a whisker-waving adventure as we learn "All About Cats"! Students will learn how to decode cat language and discover exactly what catnip is. We'll get hands-on crafting fishy treats and cozy cat beds to make the felines at JHS feel like royalty. We may even get to meet a new furry friend or two! Drop-off and pickup: Drop-off is from 9:45 - 10:00 a.m. and pickup is from 12:00 - 12:15 p.m. All participants MUST be signed in and out by a parent/guardian. Please be prepared to show photo ID for pickup. When dropping off and picking up, please use the single door to the left of our main Adoption & Education entrance and take the stairs to the second level. A sign will be placed outside to help direct you. If you need to use an elevator, one is available through the second door. JHS will be opening when pickup starts at 12:00 p.m., so you will be able to head downstairs to look around the facility if you would like. What should my child wear? Children should wear comfortable clothing that can get messy. Closed-toe shoes that cover the foot completely are required - no Crocs, please. What should my child bring with them? We recommend children bring a water bottle with them.
