About This Activity
In this exciting, project-based afterschool program, students will explore foundational Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) concepts through fun, hands-on activities designed for young learners. Students will build and program with LEGO robotics, create imaginative projects through AI storytelling, and may explore additional curriculum such as beginner-friendly Entrepreneurship and micro circuit-board engineering. Through age-appropriate challenges, students will strengthen their creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills while building confidence with coding, robotics, and technology. Returning students will enjoy new and different projects from last year, while first-time participants will receive the guidance needed to learn and succeed. Regular updates will be shared with families through ClassDojo so parents can follow their child’s learning and accomplishments throughout the program.
