About This Activity
Join our FIRST LEGO League Challenge team for the 2026–2027 BIOGLOW season! Designed for students ages 9–14 with prior coding and/or robotics experience, this competition team offers an exciting opportunity to apply their skills through robotics, innovation, and teamwork. Team members will design, build, and program a LEGO robot to complete missions on the official competition field. They will also explore the season’s real-world theme, develop an innovative solution, and present their work to judges at competition events. Throughout the season, students will strengthen their engineering, coding, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills through engaging, hands-on challenges. This is a team-based competitive program that requires consistent attendance, active participation, and a willingness to collaborate, learn, and persevere through challenges. Meeting dates and times may occasionally be adjusted based on team availability, competition schedules, and progress. Rescheduled or additional practices may be added as needed.
