Full-Day Combo Camp: Dragon Masters + Amazon Quest (K–8th Grade) Fuel your learner’s imagination with a full day of coding, creativity, and digital design. This engaging combo camp blends Scratch game development with an immersive Minecraft Education rainforest adventure. Students are grouped by age and skill level to ensure the right pace and level of challenge for every camper. Morning: Scratch – Dragon Masters Campers build and code their own dragon-themed adventures in Scratch. Younger learners (K–3rd) focus on foundational skills like sequencing, loops, sprite movement, character creation, and simple game interaction. Older learners (4th–8th) dive deeper into game design using variables, conditionals, multi-sprite interactions, and more advanced animations and logic. Afternoon: Minecraft – Amazon Quest Campers explore a custom Minecraft Education rainforest world inspired by the Amazon, learning about biodiversity, ecosystems, and conservation through hands-on challenges. Younger learners use block-based coding to guide explorers, build habitats, and complete rainforest missions. Older learners use MakeCode to automate systems, design sustainable solutions, and solve multi-step environmental quests. This full-day experience blends creativity, coding, science, and teamwork—perfect for learners who love to build, explore, and problem-solve across two powerful platforms. Pack a thermos and lunch for your learner to enjoy during the midday break. Parents will receive daily updates on student learning and projects.
