Unlock a full day of creativity, engineering, and hands-on STEM learning! This exciting combo camp brings together the best of game development and real-world robotics. Students are thoughtfully grouped by age and skill level, ensuring each camper is challenged, supported, and engaged at just the right pace. Morning: Minecraft Esports Creature Clash Campers jump into Minecraft Education to design and build their own turn-based creature battle game inspired by Pokémon-style gameplay. Students will create custom arenas, design pixel-art creatures, and code unique attack abilities through fun, hands-on challenges. As the week progresses, they’ll add features like computer-controlled opponents, random encounters, and complete battle sequences—ending with a fully playable game they designed themselves. Afternoon: LEGO Robotics – FLL Prep In the afternoon, students transition to hands-on robotics using LEGO Spike kits. Younger learners work with Spike Essential to build simple robots, explore sensors and motors, and complete age-appropriate challenges inspired by FIRST LEGO League missions. Older campers use Spike Prime to engineer more complex robots and experiment with advanced coding logic. All groups practice teamwork, iteration, and strategic thinking as they prepare for the types of tasks found in competitive LEGO robotics. This full-day experience is perfect for young builders and budding engineers of every age—blending creativity, coding, and robotics into an engaging week of STEM exploration tailored to each learner’s level! Pack a thermos and lunch for your learner to enjoy a lunch break between sessions. Parents will receive daily updates on your child's learning and projects.
