This art program, designed specifically for teens, invites young artists to explore a wide range of mixed media techniques while building confidence and creativity. Throughout the series, teens will experiment with materials such as oil pastels, acrylic paints, canvas, drawing pencils, Sharpies, and even unconventional tools like Q-tips and rubbing alcohol to create unique visual effects. Participants can practice perspective, texture, color blending, and observational drawing, discovering how different mediums can work together to bring ideas to life.Each session offers a new challenge that encourages personal expression and creative problem-solving. From bold color compositions to thoughtful still life studies and inspiring message-based artwork, participants gain experience across multiple artistic styles. The program also introduces opportunities to repurpose everyday items into meaningful art pieces, highlighting resourcefulness and imagination.
