Discover the sport of Fencing! This program teaches beginning skills, technique, and drills that are used in foil fencing. Learning fencing teaches healthy competition, respect and self-discipline and requires aerobic endurance and flexibility. We will work on increasing all over the course of the month-long session with an in-house competition to complete each month.Participants will be provided fencing gear.
Class takes place Mondays from 5:00-6:00pm at the Johnstown Activity Center (JAC).
