About This Activity
Description
Stretch, breath, and play in this fun introduction to yoga designed just for little ones!Through imaginative movement, simple poses, and playful games, children will build balance, flexibility, and spacial awareness, all while having fun!
Comfortable clothing that participants can move best in are recommended.
Classes take place Tuesday's from 4:00-4:45pm at the Johnstown Activity Center (JAC).
*Refunds will not be issued after the first two classes.
