About This Activity
Led by Ms. Kelcie Mastin & Ms. Emily Moses - $275.00 This course is designed for 5th and 6th graders who would like to explore the moral and spiritual themes of Disney movies through the lens of faith. Each morning, students will watch a different Disney movie and participate in meaningful discussions that connect the characters’ journeys to biblical truths. In the afternoons, they will engage in hands-on activities such as journaling, crafting, and creative reflection projects. Students will draw parallels between each movie and Scripture, learning how themes like identity, forgiveness, and redemption appear both in stories and in the Bible. The week concludes with a special visit to Animal Kingdom, where students will take part in the Immersive Storytelling Workshop, where Disney Imagineers reveal how they bring stories to life through the five senses, design, art, and technology.
