About This Activity
Painting and sculpting: this class combines the best of both worlds! Mini Monets? Wee Warhols? Baby Basquiats? We'll be all three as we get inspired by some of the late greats and create kid-friendly versions of their famous masterpieces. We'll also learn to create paintings by thinking beyond the brush, exploring shapes, and telling stories with colors. Cotton and water and glue - oh my! Did you know you can make gorgeous sculptures out of cotton balls and school glue? It's true! Let's have a ball together as we learn to sculpt and paint vegetables, jack-o-lanterns, our favorite cartoon characters, and even ourselves!
