About This Activity
Fun with Fiber AM: This fun camp for early elementary students will introduce campers to a variety of ways to work with fiber such as finger knitting, basic weaving, and wet felting. We'll spend some time talking about different kinds of fiber, the differences in weight, and what uses they have. Our little artists will have a variety of crafts that they can take home with them by the end of the week. Music Makers PM: Campers will love this week of music making with teaching artists Chris Hudson and Sam Wright leading the way on their acoustic guitar and banjo! Campers will explore songs, lyrics, and rhythms and create new songs from well-known classics! Combine AM and PM for a full day camp experience from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
