Description
Youth Boxing: Foundations is a beginner-friendly program designed to teach the basics of boxing while building fitness, coordination, confidence, and self-discipline. This 4-week program (8 sessions) focuses on:- Boxing fundamentals – stance, punches, footwork, and defense
- Fitness & agility – conditioning drills to build strength and coordination
- Confidence & focus – developing discipline, perseverance, and self-control
- Fun & safe environment – all skill levels are welcome in a supportive setting
Optional Bonus for Parents/Guardians:While youth are in class, parents can participate in a Group X fitness class happening at the same time. Open to all adults — convenient, fun, and a great way to stay active.
