Tumbling I is a beginner-level class designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of tumbling and floor gymnastics. Students will build strength, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness while learning basic skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, bridges, handstands, and introductory balance techniques. This class focuses on proper form, safety, confidence, and skill progression in a fun and encouraging environment. NO CLASS 11/24 DUE TO FALL BREAK
