About This Activity
Move & Groove AM: This movement-based camp will expose artists to a variety of different genres of dance, from hip hop and cheerleading to tap and modern. Artists will condition with stretching and strengthening routines before learning choreography unique to each camp group. The end of the week will culminate in a short showcase with one to two routines. Fun with Fiber PM: This fun camp for early elementary students will introduce them to a variety of ways to work with fiber such as finger knitting, basic weaving, and wet felting. We'll spend some time talking about different kinds of fiber, the differences in weight and what uses they have. Our little artists will have a variety of crafts that they can take home with them by the end of the week. Combine AM and PM for a full day camp experience from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.
