Shaw Center for STEM 730 Katyland Dr, Katy, TX 77493 Grades: 3rd to 5th (current 2025-2026 school year) Price: $449/week* Lunch is not included. Participants will need to bring their own lunch, snacks, and a water bottle each day. * A $3.00 administrative processing fee will be applied to your registration upon checkout. *Discounts and refunds cannot be issued for partial attendance in the program. 6STEAMotion Katy Week B for Grades 3-5 (current 2025-2025 school year) at Katy ISD is a dynamic 5-day, summer academy crafted by the Rice Office of STEM Engagement in partnership with various districts. This program is designed to ignite young minds and bodies, offering a unique blend of enriching STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) activities. Students embark on an exciting journey exploring physics, mathematics, computer science, and engineering through hands-on activities in the classroom and in motion. Each day includes immersive STEAM projects and engaging activities, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Led by experienced school district staff, our academies also feature guest speakers and special learning opportunities, ensuring a rich and memorable experience for all participants.
