Robotics – Robo-Rangers: Engineering the Future Targeted Age Group: 8-12 Let’s Think in Reverse - As students learn how to reverse-engineer robots, they'll understand how existing designs can be improved and how to approach challenges from new angles. The hands-on activities, challenges, and projects will encourage campers to think forward in problem-solving and future possibilities in technology. Life doesn’t always come with an instruction book, and neither do your robots. In this unique, hands-on robotics camp, campers will dive into space exploration and robotics while learning the fundamentals of engineering by building their own robots. They’ll explore how to recreate, improve, and innovate their designs in real-world situations, all while learning teamwork and problem-solving skills. Learning Goals • Foster creativity, critical thinking, and innovation. • Build teamwork and communication skills through collaborative projects. • Introduce students to basic engineering and robotics principles while having fun. Includes sports activities, crafts and creative writing.
