Along the way, we’ll explore how engineers solve problems and design technologies that improve lives around the world. Perfect for makers who love to tinker, build, experiment, and dream big. If you’re ready to get creative and engineer change, this is the camp for you! **Please note that this camp is during All-Girls* week. Geering Up holds an All-Girls* week every summer to encourage girls* to discover and explore their love of science and engineering. At Geering Up we run girls* programming because there is still a gender gap in most STEM fields. By creating a girl-focused* space we hope to encourage and inspire the next generation of women* in STEM and help to shrink that gender gap. *We welcome trans, genderqueer, and non-binary folks interested in this camp as we have an inclusive view of the word ‘girl’
