This camp blends hands-on science and artistic challenges so you can experiment, design, and push the boundaries of your imagination. Join this camp if you’re passionate about innovation and creativity and want to bring your wildest ideas to life in exciting new ways! **Please note that this camp is during All-Girls* week. Geering Up holds an All-Girls* week every summer to encourage girls* to discover and explore their love of science and engineering. All-Girls* camps offer the same activities as their co-ed counterparts in a girl-focused* space. At Geering Up we run girls* programming because there is still a gender gap in most STEM fields. By creating a girl-focused* space we hope to encourage and inspire the next generation of women* in STEM and help to shrink that gender gap. *We welcome trans, genderqueer, and non-binary folks interested in this camp as we have an inclusive view of the word ‘girl’
