We're sorry, but online registration is not allowed for this activity. Group Exercise classes, Yoga & Pilates and personal training are available for full members of the facility. Please contact us during regular business hours for registration information.
This is a full body workout, a combination of cardio respiratory, muscle conditioning, and interval training. Conducted in transitional and the deep end of the pool, participants can increase range of motion using non-impact movements. Flotation is provided.
