This Tae Kwon Do session is designed for Blue Belt and above participants. Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art that uses bare feet and hands. All Tae Kwon Do students learn punches, blocks, and self-defense techniques, but kicks are the Tae Kwon Do trademark. Each class is a fun and exciting way to build confidence, strength, and discipline through the teachings of this ancient practice.
