About This Activity
Step onto the stage and immerse yourself in the enchanting Wizarding World! In this magical theatre class, participants will explore the art of acting, character development, and storytelling as they bring their favorite wizarding stories to life—or create entirely new ones! Through improvisation, scene work, and creative movement, students will learn to embody wizards, witches, magical creatures, and more. Put your amazing ideas into action! Playmakers students are both playwrights and actors. In this one week acting camp, students will learn acting skills and terminology. Then, they’ll use these skills to write an original play as a group, create characters, write dialogue, and show off their skills in a final performance. Young actors will have a blast in this creative acting camp!
