About This Activity
What if the Disney villains had kids? Would the next generation still be evil? It’s up to you to decide as we write a play inspired by Descendants. We can use characters from the movies, such as Carlos, the son of Cruella de Vil; Evie, daughter of the Evil Queen; Jay, son of Jafar; and Mal, daughter of Maleficent, or create our own villainous descendant. Then we’ll perform for our families, and they can decide if good or evil prevails. Put your amazing ideas into action! Playmakers students are both playwrights and actors. In this one week acting camp, students will learn acting skills and terminology. Then, they’ll use these skills to write an original play as a group, create characters, write dialogue, and show off their skills in a final performance. Young actors will have a blast in this creative acting camp!
