About This Activity
In the heart of Paris, a kind and eccentric millionairess wills her entire estate to Duchess, her high-society cat, and her three little kittens. Laughs and adventure ensue as the greedy, bumbling butler pulls off the ultimate catnap caper. Now it's up to the rough-and-tumble alley cat, Thomas O'Malley, and his band of swingin' jazz cats to save the day. Summer Stage theater camps give 4th – 6th graders the chance to rehearse and perform in a fully-staged musical or play, as well as participate in a variety of focused skill-building workshops and games. These shows are designed so that every participant has a part and a moment to shine. The two-week structure allows students more time to dive into acting and performance skills and rehearse a longer, more detailed play than they would in a one-week camp.
