About This Activity
In this in-person, interactive workshop, you will learn how to care for your own light by activating your innate healing ability to restore emotional and physical well-being. You will gain an understanding of the Chakra System through grounding/clearing and balancing your energy centers. And you will explore and have fun creating nurturing practices that enhance your health and well-being and strengthen your capacity for being the light without burnout.
