Create a gorgeous paper-quilt square using luxurious paper instead of fabric. No sewing. No machines. Jeffrey applies the quilting techniques he learned from his grandmother growing up in the mountains of West Virginia to these paper-quilt collages. He is eager to share how to create this new type of art. You will leave with your own frameable piece of paper quilt art. Materials Fee: $10, payable to instructor by cash or check.
