About This Activity

Interested in baking your own sourdough bread? In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn simple techniques for mixing, folding, shaping, and scoring your dough. And you’ll leave with your own sourdough starter, recipe guide, and tools to continue baking at home. Please bring an apron and a notebook/pen. It's also recommended that you have (or purchase) a Dutch oven prior to class. No prior experience necessary. Kasey is the owner/baker of The Intuition Kitchen.
