The Rag Tag choirs are a fun, educational choir program for kids who love to sing—no experience needed! With two age groups (Grades 1–3 and Grades 4–6), this after-school program helps young performers build confidence, learn vocal skills, and discover the joy of singing as a group. RagTag-a-Longs Choir rehearsals take place on Mondays at the Ross Ragland Cultural Center from 4:00–4:45 PM Taught using engaging and fun learning techniques, students will explore vocal warmups, melody matching, lyric memorization, stage presence, and singing as a group. Singers will learn basic music theory, such as rhythm, phrasing, and dynamics. Whether your child is brand new to singing or already performing solos at home, Rag Tags is a welcoming place to grow, shine, and find his or her voice—both on and off the stage. Concert on the Ragland Stage: Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 6pm Scholarship information available upon request.
