All sessions at Lost Woods Shelter All students are required to bring their own mats Session 1: Peace and Love Yoga Camp for Mini Yogis, June 24-27 1:30-3 pm: This camp is for kids entering 2nd-4th grade. Our youngest yogis are introduced to the world of yoga and mindfulness through stories, crafts, movement, and meditation. Through the lens of yoga, kids will connect to their bodies, brains and breath, learning new ways to find both concentration and calm while having fun and making new friends.
