All sessions at Lost Woods Shelter All students required to bring their own mats Strength and Grace Yoga Camp for Teen Yogis, August 5-8th 1:30-3pm: This camp is for teens entering 8th-10th grade. Exploring both the physical and philosophical ideas of yoga and mindfulness, we will practice connecting to our courage and compassion through movement and mediation. We will engage ideas of self-care through creative art and nature-inspired projects that will help us better tend to our moods, self-esteem, physical bodies and mental attitudes.
